Artist/Band: CALMING RIVER Single Track “Boats”
Single release date: Dec 4th, 2020 From the upcoming album Dead Bluebottles Supine, due early 2021.
Location: United Kingdom, London
Calming River released its first single from the album Dead Bluebottles Supine.
The album release is set for early 2021. The debut track “Boats” is alternative-folk at its best. Joshua Malcolm is the gifted artist behind the music. “Boats” showcases the familiar enigmatic songwriting style of Calming River. You take a journey into the “deeper ravines” of human emotions. The track is a dark depiction of the unsafe ground we all feel when surrounded by an unending stream of failure.
The mood of uncertainty and bewilderment are well displayed by Windsor-based (UK) videographer/director Matthew Fleming.
Malcolm’s past releases have received accolades. Many media groups in the Nordic Region follow him. The artist lived there until his move to London in 2018.
