Make It Whistle is a smooth collaboration between three close artist friends who are based in three major cities: Eric Matthys from Los Angeles, Elion Melody from New York City, and DILAN from London. Initially set to be a summertime jam, the release was delayed after Elion sent the rough mix to artist friend DILAN, who then playfully freestyled a verse to him over voice notes via Instagram. Elion shared this with Eric and they requested that DILAN hopped on the song. Another fun fact of this song's development includes that Eric recorded the whistling loops while having COVID earlier this year.
