I wrote this song as a tribute to celebrate the life of a close friend of mine. It is dedicated to Dennis Dack and Richard Howard, two of the best friends I ever had. It is my hope that listeners connect their memories of family & friends lost and that it brings them peace & comfort.
Terry wrote this song as a tribute to celebrate the life of Richard Howard. A close friend of Terry’s, Richard was part of the local business scene in Niagara On The Lake, and with his husband David Johnston Richard co-owned Bogarts Bed & Breakfast. He passed away in 2020 to Glioblastoma, the same brain cancer which took Gord Downie’s life. Aldo Petronelli, former co-owner of Britaly Bed & Breakfast, and mutual friend of the late Richard Howard makes a special appearance in the video with his dog Markus, becoming an integral part of the memory video in tribute to Richard.
Round 1 of the contest is now live and will run until Feb 14th at 11:59 PM, with 3 videos moving to the second and final round based on fan votes and 3 moving forward based on selections from our judging panel. Fans can vote once per genre, per day.
